Source and claim checks
We trace factual statements to supplied or permitted sources, record the evidence and flag where a claim goes beyond it. A source mentioning a topic is not enough: it needs to support the actual statement under review.
The result is a documented check, not a guarantee that every possible fact has been independently established. Scope, source access and time-sensitive claims are agreed before work begins.
Outputs suited to the task
| Review task | Typical handover |
|---|---|
| Help-content review | Suggested edits and a list of unresolved questions |
| Response comparison | Rating, rubric criterion and written rationale |
| Source check | Claim, source reference and support status |
| Quality follow-up | Revised decision and the reason for the change |
Where the scope ends
Our generalist English review service does not provide specialist medical, legal or financial validation. We do not offer certified translation, multilingual coverage or model development. Those requirements need appropriately qualified specialists and a different brief.
Project scoping
A representative sample helps establish the review effort more accurately than a word count alone. We consider task complexity, source access, expected output and the number of quality-review stages before agreeing a schedule.
